At Feels Clothin, we want you to love what you wear. Because our apparel is custom-printed on demand, we maintain a strict policy regarding returns and replacements to keep our prices accessible.
1. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items Received
If you receive a damaged garment, misprinted design, or the wrong size/product entirely, we offer a 100% Free Replacement.
- Time Window: You must report the issue within 5 days of delivery.
- Proof Required: To claim a replacement, please email us at your support email address or contact us through our portal with clear photos of the defect, along with your Order ID.
2. Sizing Issues & Customer Mistakes
Because each t-shirt is custom manufactured for you when ordered, we cannot offer refunds or free replacements for wrong sizes chosen by mistake. Please consult our detailed Size Chart carefully on the product page before finalizing your purchase.
3. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement. Once production begins with our print partners, cancellations are no longer accepted.
